Pizza Hut in Mississippi

"I was there at around 11:00am and the store manager was the only one there working. She rocked it! She pulled pizzas, she cooked wings, she made cinnabuns, she also made phone orders between all of that. She needs a raise and a long vacation! I didn't get her name but I do know she was the manager. Please give her some kind of recognition."

"The employees are kind and caring. They even show me each of the items they bring to me to make sure they got my order right! NO OTHER PLACE I'VE BEEN TO DOES THAT! Even many fancy, expensive restaurants will occasionally bring the wrong thing to my table and just walk off without making sure they brought the right thing to the right table. #PizzaHutCares However, the employees also seem a bit miserable sometimes. Management, please let them put some kind of decent music on. I know you only have a few options for playing music in there legally, but you have enough options to lighten up the mood back there."

"I order online all the time now because of the specials I and earn points towards free pizza. They always get my order correct even with my customized orders. The app tells you when your order will be ready and if you show up on time the food is hot and fresh, service is quick and friendly. My only complaint is that they are always out of napkins, plates, red pepper, and parmesan cheese packets which my kids love. So if they would work on ordering their supplies more promptly they would be a 5 star pick."

"I can not say enough great things. First Jennifer has been in there many times where I have noticed that she is the only one working, however she never lets that slow her down. While putting pizzas in the oven, working the front she still greets every single person that walks in the door with a smile on her face asking welcoming everyone. Last night when I entered Pizza Hut was extremely busy. Jennifer from the back greeted everyone coming in the door. She had someone helping that just got into work also. I know there was 4 people in front of me and at least 4 more walked in after I arrived the whole time they are busy moving getting pizzas in the oven helping people at the front and welcoming every single person in there. I am going to say the young lady that was working the front was new only because I seen her ask a few questions. But both of them were very nice and professional the whole time. Jennifer is however one of the most friendliest, professional people I have ever met. She deserves recognized for her hard work she truly makes everyone feel like they are the important ones when they walk in there."

"We are new to the area but not new to the pizza hut lovers family so I thought I would give this location a try. Well firstly I always have a custom order bc we are picky , but not a problem at all knocked it out of the park with this order. I ordered curbside bc I am out of delivery zone, not a problem though... EXCEPT I gave the wrong color of my vehicle, forgetting it was being prepared for paint. So when I arrived I did wait a little longer than expected, but as I said I gave the wrong color of vehicle. But it wasn't a problem the lady went above and beyond to make sure I got my food by #1 seeing me and asking me if it was me and #2 she didn't have my order it was inside staying HOT! I WAS IMPRESSED! Above and beyond is where I was so impressed with along with the correct and hot nature of our order. So thank you Mendenhall Pizza Hut!!! We will be back!"
